FitRoom details: We care about tiny details, because our users do. We’re polishing the small things in our virtual try-on model. Text on generated clothes is now clearer and more accurate. These small things are what separate a good product from a “slightly off” one. And users can feel that.

New SnapEdit “Relight” feature: Control lighting after you take the photo. It can change the tone, mood or bring out clarity. No reshoot needed. We strive to make the light as accurate and natural as possible, because again, we don’t want users to feel “slightly off”.

More happy facial expressions: We first built around 20 expressions and shipped 4 that met our quality check. We kept training and now released a couple more happy looks, including open smiles, after improving our teeth generation model.

Automatic glare removal: Sometimes a masterpiece has an unwanted defect. We trained a model to remove glare and flash, and to balance the light. It automatically cleans glare, reflections, and shadows in photos shot through glass and in mirror selfies. No extra steps, it runs automatically in the app. Now you can enjoy the masterpiece even more. It is available in production.

Nano Banana impact: We just did an extensive evaluation of the impact of the Nano Banana storm on our products. For some features we are still better, for others we are behind. So we’re shifting our direction a bit. If you are in the AI photo editing market, consider doing the same.

Homepage redesign: We’re redesigning our homepage:

• Cleaner icons, better structure, and dynamic visuals that feel more alive.
• Before and after previews so you can see features at a glance.
• More space to explore.
• A younger, fresher style geared toward our main users.

App Store feature: SnapEdit is featured on the App Store in Vietnam for National Day. It shows how to clean up the background, retouch faces, and add a holiday vibe to make great photos for social media.
